Size
We believe great businesses come in all different sizes. As a buy-and-build investment partnership we are seeking companies with EBITDA of $1-5 million.
Operations
We believe strong businesses are built upon a customer-focused culture driven by passionate and seasoned employees.
Industry
Given the breadth of experience of our partners, we are targeting industry leaders in business services, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and technology.
Management
To ensure a seamless transition of ownership, we strongly prefer an established non-owner management team or an owner agreeable to a material transition period.
Transaction
We are seeking growth equity or buyout/control investment opportunities.
